The LFA POINT Program™ has become the gold standard in training for physicians participating in lupus clinical trials. The site has over 4000 unique users representing more than 50 countries worldwide. The Lupus Foundation of America had high expectations for the site when it launched 7 years ago. Crisalis has not only met but surpassed all expectations.

Our group has been working very closely with the CRISALIS team to create a sophisticated database for the CDC-funded California Lupus Surveillance Project. We could not be more pleased with the collegiately and outstanding work of the CRISALIS team. We gave them the very difficult tasks of transferring disparate data elements from a very old, unusable database system into a new, highly functioning application that they created. CRISALIS delivered a world-class product that has enabled us to move forward with our lupus surveillance project.

I cannot emphasize enough the responsiveness, honesty, and good-will of the CRISALIS team. They are consistently available for frequent phone calls and have always worked closely with us to find solutions to any issue that arises in a timely fashion. Their customer service is the best that I have ever seen. I am pleased to say that, with the efforts of CRISALIS, we now have a fully functional, top-notch, HIPPA compliant web-based database that will serve the needs of our complicated lupus project now and into the future. When I require a database for other projects, I know that I will always turn to the CRISALIS team. It is clear that they have the expertise to complete any task that is asked of them.

Our team has been working with CRISALIS for over a year now.
The product they developed for us, the Manhattan Lupus Surveillance System (MLSS), has not only allowed us to get our important public health work off the ground, but has also enabled us to more effectively and efficiently capture the necessary data needed to maintain our work over the coming years. Whether over email, phone calls or web-meetings, the CRISALIS team has interacted with our program with professionalism and enthusiasm.

CRISALIS has been patient with our program, working through glitches and new issues that surfaced as we beta tested the MLSS in the field. Their maintenance and support services enable us to constantly improve our system. Implementing security procedures like the audit trails, role-based access and data encryption, CRISALIS allows us to confidently collect and store data. Their dedication and technical expertise have helped us to create a successful database, and in turn a successful program.

Our lupus research group has been working closely with CRISALIS for over 8 years on several projects. One of the largest projects has been the CDC-funded Georgia Lupus Registry. Its aim is to more accurately determine the incidence and prevalence of systemic lupus erythematosus in Atlanta, Georgia. Over 250 data elements were collected by various abstractors from the field and secured in a HIPAA-compliant fashion. Multiple iterations of the design were required to satisfy the complicated requirements and CRISALIS was up to the task each time.

They are easy to work and communicate with, always being patient and responsive to our needs. They produced a top-notch product that has since been used by another lupus registry that was subsequently funded by the CDC. Our interaction with CRISALIS was so productive that they are working to build upon the lupus registry database for its next research phase. If you have any project, from simple databases to complicated, multicenter project management systems, CRISALIS is one company you must evaluate. They come with my highest recommendation.
